Not-for-profit Internet Las Vegas

We’re starting something new called Vegas Open Network (VONet).
It’s not another internet company or just shared Wi-Fi. We’re building our own network with antennas and cables, connecting to the same main internet lines big ISPs use.
The difference? VONet is run by locals, for locals. We’re working with a fiscal sponsor to keep it a not-for-profit effort.
No monthly bills. No contracts.
We rely on donations and volunteers to keep it running.
Anyone can connect. The more people who join, the faster and stronger the network gets for everyone.
Our goal is simple: make internet access a public resource that’s open to all, not just those who can pay high prices.
